Water
Purification
Rerverse Osmosis (RO) is the first step in our water purification process. It provides an effective means of removing organics, particulates, ions/metals, and micro-organisms from water. Our units are compact and efficient, due to the fact that we do not flush hundreds of gallons of water a day down the drain as is the case with flush systems.
Ultra-Violet
Light (UV) provides
a method of eliminating micro-organisms harmful to animals. Water purification
by this method eliminates the need for chemicals.
The key element is continuous flow through the UV 24/7 with the system never stagnating. The size and number of UV units are selected according to the number of animals
and type of animal housing.
Water
Conditioning may be required depending
on the hardness of the water. Hard water can cause scale deposits on water valves and decrease the performance of the RO system.
Acidification
(optional) in some cases facilities incorporate acidification. The
ReCIRC™ system maintains stable ph levels due to the continuous
circulation 24/7.
